- Chicken Breast
- roughly chopped Onions
- crushed Ginger
- chopped Green chillies
- chopped Carrots
- Red Chilli powder
- Curry powder
- Salt
- Refined Oil
- Seasoning
- Water
- Black Pepper
In a large pot add the refined oil and three tablespoons of curry powder, add the chopped onions, crushed ginger, tomatoes and green chillies and fry over medium heat for two minutes.
Add your Chicken breast and mix thoroughly until chicken is brown. then add water, your red Chilli powder, some chopped Carrots, salt to taste, a tablespoon of black pepper, seasoning and any veggies of your choice.
Cook over medium heat for another five minutes till the chicken breast is tender and the oil separates. The Nigerian chicken curry is best served with boiled rice or a gelatinous starchy food .
